6:30-Wake up.
起床。
7:00-Wake up, for real this time.
二度寝したので、もう一回起床。
7:15-*Thinking to myself: “If I shower and get ready in 15 minutes I can get to DHall,
have breakfast, and still walk to my 8 a.m.”
１５分で準備終わらせれば、朝ごはん食べて、ゆっくり朝8時の授業に行けるな。うん。
7:40-Okay, no breakfast. But I can still walk to class.
朝ごはん無理なことに気付く。まだ授業には歩いても間に合う時間。
7:50-Run to class. The only exercise I get that day.
授業へ走る。今日の運動終了。
7:58-Get to Intro to Polisci. Try not to look like I’ve been running. Realize my socks
are different colors. Oh well.
政治学の授業がある教室に到着。汗かいてないよ（汗）。靴下の色、左右で違うけど、
グリネルだからファッションチョイスって言っておく。
9:20-Finished with Polisci. Goes to Craft of Fiction.
政治学の授業が終わって、英語の授業へ。
9:30-Re-read the readings for Craft of Fiction because the class is just that good and I
love it. I wish I could take Craft of Fiction all day everyday.
英語の授業のためのリーディングの予習をもう一回する。アメリカの授業はディスカッ
ションが多いから、宿題をしっかり理解していないと、おいてかれる。
10:50-Craft of Fiction is finished. Run to Intro to Econ. My shoes are untied but I only
have 10 minutes between classes and I also want to go to the bathroom. I can’t
do both and make it to class on time.
英語が終わった。靴ひもがほどけてる。トイレにも行きたい。でも、授業の間の時間に
どっちもするほど時間がない。靴ひもを結ばずに次の教室へ走る。
10:53-Trip on my untied shoelaces.
靴ひもにつまづいて転ぶ。
11:50-Get out of Intro to Econ. I have an hour before Intro to Acting.
経済学の授業が終わる。演劇の授業までの一時間でご飯を食べよう。
13:00-Intro to Acting. Professor asks for volunteers to do the “hip walk.” Look down so
she won’t pick me.
演劇の授業。恥を捨てる授業。でも、まだ恥が捨てられない。
13:01-Professor asks me to do the “hip walk.”
恥を捨てる。
15:50-Finally finished with Intro to Acting. Why is this class so freaking long.
約３時間の演劇の授業がやっと終わる。
16:00-Nap time in Laurel Leaf Lounge. Drool a little on my jumper. Whoops.
昼寝。演劇の授業では恥を捨てられないくせに、公の場のラウンジで爆睡はできる。
17:00-Eating in DHall. They told me food here isn’t going to taste like my mother’s
cooking. They got that right.
夕飯。まずくないけど、美味しくもない。微妙。
18:00-Homework. Homework. Snapchatting. Homework. What?
宿題。宿題。スナチャ。宿題。え？
21:00-Realize I am running out of time. Homework. Homework. Homework.
早く宿題やらないと、寝れない。
23:00-Nightly snack. Strawberries that my roommate left on my desk. So sweet.
Literally.
夜食。ルームメイトがイチゴを私の机の上においてってくれた。可愛いメモ付き。いい
子。
1:00-Finish homework. (Or just give up and decide to do work in between classes the
next day.) Collapse on bed. Good night.
宿題終わり。おやすみ。
1:01-Wait, I had a Problem Set due tomorrow.
あ、まだ宿題あったわ。
ということで、とりあえず一日中勉強してます。笑
